For more than 11 years we have been welcoming you from Thursday to Sunday at the Label Braise restaurant with as much desire to please you as to share an authentic culinary experience with you.

Holder of the master restaurateur mention, we want to highlight the products of our country and our region.

You will also find on our plates inspirations from elsewhere, from other regions, from other countries, witnesses of another life, that of a culinary globe trotter lived for many years before creating our own restaurant here in Segoufielle in the Gers.
